Branding and organization identity
 Facilitate transformative change in the organization, inspiring and educating employees through effective and communication messages and channels.
Project Management
 Create and deliver communications to staff regarding the new brand, exhibitions and activities of the QMA through a range of channels e.g. E- newsletter, Intranet, staff emails and digital signage displays.
Internal Communication Process / Plans
 Develop a communication framework that includes a cascade of information distribution to key employee groups such as Chief Officers, Museum Directors and other staff.
 Develop strategic procedures to enhance communication across the organization.
 Develop a framework to ensure timely coordination of employee communication and determine where and when key messages are distributed as well as frequency of communication.
 Coordinate Human Capital announcements and notifications
 Design and regulate staff email templates.
Staff Surveys

 Plan and analyse QM staff attitude surveys to compile employee feedback on the Marketing and Public relations Department and ensure that appropriate actions plans are excecuted.
Working Relations
 Work with exhibition marketing to distribute information about exhibitions and key events to staff.
 Plan and coordinate conferences, functions, exhibitions and other events for the company in coordination with the Events team.
 Maintain close relationship with other museum subsidiaries and shareholders to stay abreast with on-going developments.
