Branding and organization identity
Facilitate transformative change in the organization, inspiring and educating employees through effective and communication messages and channels.
Project Management
Create and deliver communications to staff regarding the new brand, exhibitions and activities of the QMA through a range of channels e.g. E- newsletter, Intranet, staff emails and digital signage displays.
Internal Communication Process / Plans
Develop a communication framework that includes a cascade of information distribution to key employee groups such as Chief Officers, Museum Directors and other staff.
Develop strategic procedures to enhance communication across the organization.
Develop a framework to ensure timely coordination of employee communication and determine where and when key messages are distributed as well as frequency of communication.
Coordinate Human Capital announcements and notifications
Design and regulate staff email templates.
Staff Surveys

Plan and analyse QM staff attitude surveys to compile employee feedback on the Marketing and Public relations Department and ensure that appropriate actions plans are excecuted.
Working Relations
Work with exhibition marketing to distribute information about exhibitions and key events to staff.
Plan and coordinate conferences, functions, exhibitions and other events for the company in coordination with the Events team.
Maintain close relationship with other museum subsidiaries and shareholders to stay abreast with on-going developments.
The Course was a full time intensive program where I studied course that include: communication management, human resource management, project management, leadership, financial management, inventory analysis, change management, legal studies, information technology, accounting, international business, e-commerce and marketing
