Services and products provided by AL AFAQ TRAVEL AND TOURISM initially include Flight reservation,
Pre-arranged tours, Custom packages according to client’s specifications, Religious and Islamic Tours,
Medical and Spa Arrangement, Land Arrangement, Sports and Recreational Arrangement, Cruises and
Railways.
Main responsibilities:
• checking the emails of our CEO
• booking hotels and plane tickets
• making vouchers
• cash handling and working in charge while the broker is away
• dealing with the clients and providing excellent customer service
• maintains the files and records of the employees of our company
• making visas for selected countries
• sending emails/requests directly to the hotels
• sending inquiries/requests directly to the suppliers
• handling our company’s social media accounts (instagram & facebook)
Special 2 You Center is a company that dealing with the clients who's asking for tours, hotels and transfer in Turkey. We managed other countries also, but we prioritized and specialized in Turkey.
I was a member of Computer Society. I Graduated with award (my group was awarded as Best Thesis for all 4th year College graduates of Bachelor Science in Computer Science. I was a dean's lister from 3rd year to 4th year. i was on 5th rank on Dean's list. And because of that I got discounted tuition fees.
