Manage the end to end spend of the Filling and Packing Capex Category, and develop global sourcing strategies that deliver value, competitive advantage and contribute to the reduction of operational risk through efficient and effective delivery.
• Lead and manage a team of Global Procurement Managers to create and implement the category strategies in alignment of the 7 Steps Strategic Sourcing process.

• Handle all Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with SRM Experts to lead the planning and regular contract SLA reviews with suppliers and other functional partners such as quality.
• Prepare and review negotiation events seeking best Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) contracts and beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers.
• Report and deliver the category targets agreed with the Head of Spend Group, managing maximum value creation.
Develop and implement global procurement strategies related to investment in manufacturing equipment and services for Mondelez global operations.
Consistently apply global standards and strategies, when defined.
Manage equipment suppliers and implements global sourcing processes.
Negotiate equipment modification costs with external suppliers in close coordination with global strategy leads.
Ensure manufacturing investments are consistent with Mondelēz global standards and governance process.
Manage the business relationship with assigned external suppliers to optimize cost, quality, delivery, lead time status and other key performance indicators
Ensure regional projects, status and milestones are accurately captured in global project tracking tool and provide timely updates to Global Strategic Sourcing teams.
Support manufacturing capital expenditures and investment (CAPEX) projects in other regions as required and assigned.
Lead and manage the country-based team to support business processes by providing uninterrupted and
cost-efficient supplies of relevant materials and services for the country’s four manufacturing plants.
Provide direction, set objectives, delegate tasks, coach and develop reports in order to enhance their
professional and managerial expertise.
Together with other countries and Tower teams, identify and propose global or European opportunities within the area for optimized costs.
Analyse market and supplier situation and develop strategy.
Accountable for regional productivity projects within geographic responsibility, implement global / regional productivity projects for respective country / area.
Coordinate activities related to changes in supplier base, materials or services. Ensure support of preparation/planning of regional negotiations within responsibility in the country / area.
Leverage application of smart tools (e.g. I2M, e-procurement, SAP etc.)
Execute the Procurement part of the new product development and promotion projects in the Business Unit and Country Operations.
Cooperate with suppliers during the implementation of innovative processes and products and ensure timely and correct execution of projects.
Maximize the value of the supplier to the business and ensure contract adherence.
Ensure local supplier development where required to support the procurement of materials / services requirements, change analysis and other business development requirements.
