Plan and perform Certification/ Re-Certification/ Surveillance third party audits as per the audit procedures of the organization for the International Standards ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 22000:2005 and HACCP.
Responsible to conduct ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, ISO 17025:2005 and OHSAS 18001:2007 awareness, Internal Auditor Training and Lead Auditor Trainings.
Responsible to deliver the assigned task with ability to consult on the specific use of the products within the target client environment.
Entrusted to explore new subjects and study market requirements so as to enhance product list.
Responsible to develop and implement various training materials and presentations as required by the authorities and clients.
Responsible to conduct Integrated Management Systems trainings.
Responsible to conduct Essential Food Safety Training as per ADFCA Requirement.
Responsible to conduct Basic Food Hygiene Training as per Dubai Municipality Requirement.
Responsible to conduct Good Hygiene Practices training as per Sharjah Municipality Requirement.
Responsible to conduct Person-in-Charge Level 1, 2 and 3 trainings as per Dubai Municipality Requirement.
Responsible to conduct Advanced Food Hygiene Training, Intermediate Food Hygiene Trainings.
Responsible to conduct HACCP awareness, Internal Auditor and Implementation Trainings.
Responsible to conduct ISO 22000 Awareness, Internal Auditor and implementation trainings.
Responsible to conduct Level - 3 HACCP Intermediate Training as per Sharjah Municipality Requirements.
Responsible to train all junior trainers on TUV NORD training principles
Establishing and monitoring the budget of Management system department
Monitoring the performance of all trainers
Communicating with the Main Office in Germany for any
subject related to the training approach or procedures
I focused more during the period of studying on the food safety issues of animal food manufacturing process including ( Meat , poultry , fish , milk, Cheese, .... etc ) how to protect and manufacture the mentioned products in a safe way to protect the consumers from any illnesses
