My company is a part of a group specialized in manufacturing feeding components for automotive companies, our main customer is GM, Suzuki, AGA.
we work in many different families of products . plastic injection, and painting, metal formation, producing automotive safety items, electrostatic painting, welding . and finally assembly of our group own products ( motorcycle and tricycle
Establish and Implement ISO package from the beginning starting with ISO9001
Work over a wide range of products (Washing Machine, Dish washers, Cookers, Heaters and Fan)
Establish statistical Lab. for washing machine and cookers, mange the Lab and responsible of improving the Lab. performance.
Customer service communication point between factory and C.S.
Supplier qualification is one of my major responsibilities.
Leading a localization project for replacing external suppliers with local, and move supplier network close to the factory.
Material supplied cost reduction team leader.
control the last quality gate of factory products through specified quality Lab. for each product category
supervise maintaining of organization systems
help in match between Olympic and Electrolux systems in an acquisition move from Electrolux
leading the process of acquiring any new product marks, or product approvals (CE, SASO, SABS, SONCAP, JQM, )
leading implementing new projects and systems like (loss prevention, ISO 26000, Save waste)
training Staff about new projects
Maintaining organization work systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, Social Accountability. SA 8000, ISO 17025)
Auditing the effectiveness of system implementation
training inside the organization of what are systems we implement
