• Setting tasks and goals for all employees according to the nature of each of them
• Answering any inquiries regarding the work environment and conditions, ensuring the smooth progress of work
• Specific schedules and deadlines, and developing a policy and procedures for employees that are consistent with the provisions of the work system.
• Defining organizational goals, planning, organizing, following up on implementation, and building a functional organizational structure that matches the company’s direction
• Defining the company's goals in terms of recruitment, development, building a salary scale
• Inventorying the company's human resources assignment, training all individual employees in the company, transferring them between departments, and replacing them.
• Strategy of HR according to policy and procedures of the company - controlling all task related to HR implementations - registering internal and external ideas about HR - Communication with Government sectors taking care for staff health care, accommodation, transportation and trips
• Organize and follow up all employment procedures, assigning, transfer, mandate, dues, dismissal & Gov. .relations
• Organize and follow up employees attendances, salaries, vacations, GOSI, resident identities
• Control plans, merge and assess all tasks related to Gov. relations admin, the legal affairs division of the .company
• Dealing with Consultancy companies and establishing performance admin system, awards, employment analysis system, assessment and establishment structure for the new grades, survey and criteria to assess directives and principles, indemnifications, enhancing monitor, payrolls control
• Control employment approvals, executive and non executive internal and external interviews
• Merge and assess all tasks related to Gov. and public relations, Admin legal affairs dept of the company
• Attendance controller, registrar and verifier annual vacations and sick leaves
• Registrar violations, warnings base on local company regulations and labor law
• Salary review before submitting to the accounting dept
• Coordinator GOSI, Human Resources Fund. Labor office and passports data
• Coordination training sessions for all staff
• Acknowledging work instructions, work description, screening sources, review investigations about candidates
• Responsible for employment procedures
• Match Employment procedures with work environment
• Psycho assessments, professional assessment and submitting consultancy
