Summarizing what Director-General stated in his meetings and drafting the necessary letters and documents. Screening and preparing the incoming and outgoing confidential referrals of the Director-General. Organizing the Director-General visits and meetings and his foreign affairs and receiving his visitors.
Building training contracts with private sector companies and government agencies and preparing the necessary letters. Marketing the Institute products and services. Implementing the Director-General directives and following upon them. Regularly seeking to develop the work and solving the problems. Searching for new and dependable employees and develop existing employees. Solving the Institute trainees’ dilemmas and seeking to elevate the services of the Institute to satisfy customers. Preparing study schedules and coordinating with trainers, and follow-up the work progress.
