1- Define, design, test, deliver, modify, and maintain the development and implementation of Remedy ARS for two countries (Egypt and Nigeria).
2- Implement, design and develop Remedy Email Engine V7.6.04 SP3 and Send emails at some events or by schedule.
3- Implement Remedy Mid-Tier V7.6.04 SP3, Enable Remedy web, and publish on the internet.
4- Integrate Remedy with the Active Directory.
5- Company web sites and services and administer them, to meet the identified Technical needs
6- Provide documentation on all problems and solutions.
