Demand and Supply Planner

Conduct monthly and bi weekly demand review meetings with Sales and Commercial team
•Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results
•Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for forecast errors and bullwhip effect
•Generate rolling forecast for 18 months and submit to suppliers as requested to ensure a minimum fill rate of 80%
•Analyze the monthly Sales Performance Plan (SPP) on SKU level, share with the sales team and assess its impact on inventory levels followed with proper action to increase or decrease placed orders outside the firm zone with the suppliers
•Design and analyze reports as part of monthly Sales and Operations Planning meetings (S&OP)
• Initiate cross functional collaborative meetings to minimize excess inventory and out of stocks
• Improved forecast accuracy by 30% within a period of 7 months to optimize the level of stock
•Highlight any risks or opportunities that prevent or help the sales team in achieving commitments to the company
•Provide sales team with long term shipment plans to develop yearly budget.
•Ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stocks in-line with the forecast and agreed target inventory levels
•Place monthly orders & send to suppliers within timelines to ensure receiving the goods "Just in Time" in the warehouses.
•Liaise with the logistics department the shipments' schedule to ensure receiving goods on time
•Decrease the aging stock to maintain average of 8%-11% from total stock value
•Produce "Near to Expiry" report bi-monthly to ensure maximum stock depletion and avoid expiries in the warehouses.

Audit sales orders before approving an invoice placed by salesperson (Discount, Allocation, Quantity…) to ensure all clients' orders are met within contractual terms.
•Audit contracts after being prepared by sales department and approve its application with a client
•Apply clients' contract clauses such as EOY bonuses, display and extra investment, price compensation and fluctuation
•Supply chain management of products from Principal warehouse to other warehouses
•Follow up on stocks and send recommendations to supply & demand planner

•Compile various reports for management about clients' YTD & MTD purchase activity and history
