I was responsible of opening new markets for our activities, attracting new clients, all marketing activities, plus i was supervising the projects that we were handling.
responsible for the sales department, marketing department with full responsibility, doing the activities by myself, leading the team, putting targets and help in achieving it. giving the team the spirit to achieve the targets through many methods. searching the market, analyse the factors which will affect the business, put planes and policies.
Besides i was responsible for the customer service department.
