Duties & Essential Job Functions
• Sourcing for candidates who meet the position recruitment profile.
• Conducting the Talent Supply Cycle for My branch according to talent supply plan to fulfill the vacancies with qualified employees.
• Ensure the Performance Appraisal Process is being implemented according to Speed Performance Appraisal system.
• Participate in analyzing the PA results of My branch to use it in preparation of work & development plans.
• Support & supervise the training requirements for employees, prepare the training needs assessment with the line managers.
• Conduct Induction programs to enable new employees to become familiar with Speed business, policy and culture.
• Conducting exit interviews for My branch to identify the reasons of turnover.
• Preparing & sending the monthly report of payroll, salary adjustment, Promotion, Transfer reports.
• Update the annual leaves report, logs and the sick leave log and make sure that the documents provided are approved.
• Preparing the salaries sheet of My branch at 25th max.
• Following up the daily attendance for entire employees within the branch.
• Maintain personnel files for all employees and ensure they contain all legally required documents, receiving the hiring papers from employees.
• Conducting the entering the staff data of My branch on HRIS, and prepare a monthly activity report and submit it to the HR Operations Supervisor regularly.
• Represent the company in front of labor law, social insurance & medical insurance.
• Compile and maintain personnel records, update employee files to document personnel actions, compile data from personnel records and prepare reports (e.g. Headcount, turnover).
• Monitors the proper execution of the approved HR policies and procedures and ensure the full awareness of all employees in the company of the set policies and procedures.
• Directs and follows up the periodic performance appraisal process according to the set policies and procedures, ensures the compliance to the set time frames, reviews and analyzes appraisal results and ensures providing the feedback to direct mangers.
• Manages the implementation of structural changes and employee placements, directs job analysis process ensuring the proper communication with the company departments.
• Set a recruitment plan for Branch based on the actual needs of different departments, and coordinates with the concerned departments to identify the selection criteria and the required qualifications.
• Scanning all the applications and resume’s, interviewing applicants, evaluate applicant skill and make recommendations regarding applicants’ qualifications.
• Make all the necessary procedures for the beginning & end of service (contracts, offer letters, job descriptions, performance evaluation, Resignations, Termination, Absents ....).
• Preparing all reports related to salaries and payroll variables (Absents, Penalties Overtime, Bonus, Salary Increase, allowances, gift, etc....).
• Follow the work of medical and social insurance for staff and solve problems related.
• Follows up the implementation of social insurance regulations & labor office for Branch’s employees.
• Preparing HR Reports periodically (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) to Branch & sent it to the HR Branches Section Head an executive summary about all HR activity.
