Acquire new-to-bank business banking clients, new accounts from Group companies and existing clients. Focus on emerging-corporates and mid market MNC's Trade and Forex incomes. Build and deepen mapped portfolio, Synergize maximum penetration of business banking products (Fund based and non-fund based limits), trade, forex and I&I sales. Build wallet share of customer’s banking and scale up the fee-incomes. Risk Management & Governance - Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, Information Protection, and Operational risk norms. Responsible and Accountable for awareness and implementation of Code of Conduct and Compliance norms
HNI client acquisition and handling. Increase penetration in existing relationships in the attempt to be the primary bank. Cross sell of structured financial products - PE, VC funds etc. Increase Savings and Term Deposit book volumes. Generate revenue thru Asset/Lending side products
The role predominantly has me responsible for acquisition of HNI and Business Clients. Also played an active role in maintaining client-relationships. Also generated substantial revenue for the bank through third-party investments and wealth management services. Catered to a niche Deutsche clientele - independently handled Non-resident Indians and expatriate clients for the region.
I have maintained a high academic record all through my academic career and continued it during my masters. I am awaiting the final semester results. In the previous three semesters I obtained a higher first class. Since in India we follow a different academic system, the GPA equivalent is not available. I was awarded the 'Minority Scholarship' during my MBA. This scholarship was awarded my the Indian Government which gave me a 100% cover on the tuition fee. All through my academic career I have been involved in various co-curricular and extra-curricular events and have received various awards and recognition in this regard. Please refer to my CV for more details. Internships: Payment Gateways Assessment for SoGoSurvey Platform, at Zarca Interactive Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, May – July 2010. Was a part of the team responsible for the selection of the most optimum payment gateway for the SoGoSurvey Platform. Recommendations were well received and enacted. A Management trainee at Fun n’ Food Village, New Delhi, between April and August 2006. Primarily worked in the corporate sales division and was actively involved in the business development. Dissertation: Evaluation and Scope of Relationship Banking in India: a dissertation report on Relationship Banking, examining and analyzing in detail its various aspects. This research was a part of the master’s degree in business administration.
