Create and maintain the filing systems.
Assist management of different departments in screening CV's, and selecting new harassing selection tools and systems.

Updating the employee data on the Oasys system.
Support the team to reach common goal; Inform Human Resources Director of issues related to employee relations within the division or property.
Managing the employees lacker room, follow up the maintenance issues with engineering.
Preparing presentations for meetings, and coordinating accordingly.

As a spa receptionist at Espa Ritz Carlton Abudhabi Grand Canal, i assure the daily operations to ensure an excellent customer service to the guests, starting from taking the bookings throught the phone, confirming the appointments, assisting the guests to choose the appropriate treatment, making check in and check out. It is an exciting experience as it is a British brand and the Ritz carlton merging to deliver first class customer service to guests who are expecting a lot.
