Part of the Project’s Start-up Team.
Responsible for all the document submittal form and communication with the client.
Follow-up the MSR, Project Plan and Procurement packages.
Draft, review and approve the Technical scopes within the Subcontractors’ contracts.
Follow up the design package from the designer of record, Follow up grading package.
Preparation of shop drawings, BBS, and rebar drawings.
Follow up EMI shield Package and design of two communication towers (30m and 80m).
Follow-up the site mobilization and liaising with all the stakeholders such as (Ministries, Armies) to
facilitate the job.
Appointed as: Senior Structural Engineer, CP-08 (A-1& A-2): Infrastructure and landscaping at
spine, marina roads and villas at Qetaifan Island. (Part Time (June 2018-Present)
Responsibilities:
Reviewing the structural reports for all the project. (Lighting poles (various Heights) design and its
foundations, Retaining walls design, shade structure Design, Traffic Gantries Design and its
foundations, Handrails).
Following up the HDD structural and geotechnical report (Horizontal Directional Drilling for cable
passing below water).
Co-ordination with all the authorities (Ashghal, Kahramaa and municipalities).
Appointed as: Projects Package Engineer, Sidra Medical Research Center, and Design & Build Scope
within the main Contract. (July 2015- December 2017 (End of Project))
Responsibilities: Team Head (3 Junior Engineers, 8 Foremen, 400+Different skilled Labours)
Following Up Finishing Package for the Underground car park including (Cementitious gypsum
board Joint filling, Ceiling, wall and columns Paint, Curbstone Paint).
Supported Project Managers and Superintendents with purchasing, RFIs, and submittals to
increase productivity.
Managed fieldwork operations activities and organization of 16 subcontractors on a daily basis.
Presented procedures, rules, and regulations to subcontractors involved in the project while
maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment.
Head of handing over department for the hospital’s external facilities such as (External areas,
landscape, underground car park, multi-level car park (5 story building), and their interface with the
hospital main building.

Responsibilities:
Manage the Roof Package Detailed Design development (Steel Structure, Cable net Structure, &
Membrane Fabric) based on the Contractual Client Design Intent
Coordinate between the various stakeholders of the Roof Package: Consultant, Roof Designer,
Independent Engineer, Roof Subcontractors, Suppliers
Draft, review and approve the Technical scopes within the Subcontractors’ contracts.
Establish & constantly monitor the Roof Interface matrix
Ensure the integration of the Roof Design within the existing as-built conditions of the Stadium (the
Project is a heavy renovation)
Manage the development, timely submission and approvals of all the technical/ engineering
documents relevant to the Roof package: Detailed Design documents + Subcont. Shop drawings.
Manage the Value-Engineering process (Design & Build scheme); maintain &/or ensure the
improvement of the allocated budgets
Manage & Follow-up the Stadium’s FIFA Sightline study
Manage the development of all engineering documents relevant to the dismantling scope of an
existing heavy steel/ cable/ membrane structure, prior to the construction of the new Roof structure.
