• Organized Assessment Centers as per client specifications. Organize, supervise and administer various test programs and assess test results.
• Conduct pre-employment background/reference checks, draft basic form of conditional employment offers to qualified candidates.
• Identify and provide timely suggestions to management for improvement in existing test procedures, systems and applications.
• Conduct Executive Search and Selection/Headhunting from relevant industries/ organizations especially for specialized services, outsourcing and outplacement services to meet the requirement.
• Conduct Wage and Compensation surveys and design of Advertising and Screening proposals for clients' specific requirements. Involved in negotiations for pricing for proposals and suggest best recruitment procedures.
• Act as a key point of contact between Recruitment function and in-house recruitment team.
• Provide necessary training/induction programmes for new recruits on recruitment procedures and systems.
