Job Responsibilities and Details:
• Creation, Development, deployment, delivering and managing comprehensive “core” training programs for all Parts Operations teams all over the territories
• Delivering Distant Learning Courses through various Tech. Methods “Lync, Video Conf., WebEx, .etc.”
• Working on e-Learning Projects in and outside the Company and on Caterpillar University.
• Conducting fundamental Parts Operations workshops for non-Parts Operations Personnel (from Service & Sales perspective) and for the non-Parts Operations Management.
• Designing and Developing the Group PI Training Process for IM Personnel to align with Caterpillar Policy.
• Create and update a training Schedule in conjunction with BUs Parts Managers and their team.
• Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of each training module.
• Work on defining annual training budget requirements and creating grand Annual Delivery Calendar.
• Coordinate such training between BU participant, POM and providers.
• Keeping Training records recorded in both manual filing and electronic utilizing the HITS “Human Recourses Information technology System”.
• Identification of individual training needs and subsequent Individual Development Plans, through the Parts Inventory training annual survey and during the courses.
Achievements
• Bringing Back the Project of Caterpillar Fundamental Technical English to be Delivered to Mantrac’s Technicians, Apprentices and Warehouse personnel with about 380 hours of delivery around one year to more than 30 of selected personnel and passing over the Perceptual, financial and managerial obstacles to have a notable development on their language skills and touching this impact on their Technical skills throughout reading their manuals and writing their technical reports to have the Best Return on this Investment
Job Responsibilities and Details:
• Following Trainees, Apprentices & Attach-mentees to complete their Daily Diaries & Monthly Evaluation and monitoring these evaluations to report the results with keen to the details.
• Working on the Work Orders for The Customer Training “CoE” & liaise with the PSSRs to arrange Courses.
• Ensuring Training records are maintained, both manual filing and electronic utilizing the HITS “Human Recourses Information technology System”.
• Providing Reports and Data Analysis to the Technical Training Manager.
• Reporting the KPIs Reports to the Technical Training Manager.
• Assisting in the Recruitment process of the new engineers and the new apprentices.
• Assisting in the yearly Assessments of the Trainees and the Apprentices during their first years.
• Service office administration through utilizing Manpro to: Enable all workshop and field service jobs to be processed effectively, Checking of jobs details during progress and prior to closing to ensure that all the “labor, expenses, mileage, miscellaneous and outside purchases” are included and Generating WIP reports from Manpro for monitoring WIP and liase with Territory service manager / Service cost center manager.
• Monitoring expenses against budget per month and advising the Territory service manager / Service cost center manager each month of the current status.
• Maintain the service department employee roll by recording service department leave, sick leave, and daily absentees and over time utilizing Manpro and forwarding this information to the Wages department before the payroll is prepared.
• Assist Territory service manager / Service cost center manager in the administration of the critical projects and respecting the Key Performance Indicators “KPIs”.
• Providing administrative support for the daily operations including: Scheduling, Developing a complex filing system and assisting with the coordination of logistics for all meetings.
• Producing reports and conduct program evaluations.
• Coordinate meetings related to the EMBA program.
• Responsible for conducting communication with the EMBA participants, including maintaining updated lists & contact information and responding to & directing requests for information.
• Managing program books ordering, receiving, storage and delivering.
• Responsible for providing wide range of administrative and management assistance & support.
