Working as a Coordinator for Sales department inside the factory for following up the status of projects handled to our department.
Dealing with sub contractors and clients
Prepare quotations for the clients and all office works.
Keep all clients and suppliers contracts, files and all contacts data.
Check the accounts and follow it up with the clients.
Follow up the manufacturing of the client’s items with checking the quality till it’s delivered to the client.
Check the processors of sales orders and take the approved drawings with materials to submit it to the production.
