Provides technical assistance and training to customers by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
Configuration of client’s equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).
Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.

Grand Hyatt , Shepheard Hotel , and worked as a casual in so many places , participated at many European weddings . My Graduation Project was as an Italian Restaurant called Pizza Momento '' , And Finally in this summer 2009 got '' IBM’s EguEgypt BPO Skills Certification on English Language, Soft Skills, Culture Voice and Data Skills - sponsored by the Government of Egypt '' .
