Provides technical assistance and training to customers by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
Configuration of client’s equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (Dialup/DSL customers only).
Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to Internet.
Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.
Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.

Perform creation of new accounts using company provide software tools.

Responsible for propagating products and offering some offers to sell new products in the market

-To provide information regarding the hotel’s facilities and services.

-To provide all internet, secretarial and courier services to guest.

-To provide information on Tour Packages, Airline ticket bookings, Restaurants information for guests .

-To be detail orientated and pay attention to every guest needs .

-To offer assistance to guests in accordance with hotel standards.

-To assist other areas in Front Office Department, Guest Relations, etc.

Beside being a Telephone Operator :

- Receiving in-house and out-house calls and handel them and transfer them .
- Receiving and Recording messages .
- Receiving and sending messages and Faxs .
- Systemize the Wake up Calls and revise them carefully .

- Welcoming guests.
-Check in new arrivals.
- Check out .
- Handling with guest complaints .
- Receiving inquering and question via calls.

•Perform check-in, check-out, and cashing.
