Fully incharge of Operation department that all the documents and training procedures and sops are following each branch and giving them task to develop every quarters .

Evaluate the branches all the region on monthly basis to appraise the best 3 Branch to motivate the managers as well as the entire team .

Am handling now 30 branches in Saudi Arabia and Dubai including many different concept of cafe
