Tools - SAP, Focus, RMS software. Handled Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Subcontract works as Subcontract Procurement Engineer being an EPC company. Focal point (Procurement) In‑charge of North Jeddah Bulk Plant Restoration Project(Saudi Aramco) - Jeddah April 2022 - Feb 2023. Analyzing the requirement from the Project, Digitalizing the requirement adding a Scope matrix, Schedule & other requisites for floating RFQ to expedite the finalization. Coordination with Subcontractors & Project team for technical Meetings / Discussions. Evaluated price comparison sheets for each subcontractor. Maintaining subcontract agreement & renewing on time. Handling Bidding proposals & follow-ups & submission on time. Material & Document Follow-Ups as per Client/ QC requirements.
Arranging materials as per the work order released at the optimal rate and time period for MEP company. Monitored fast‐moving materials and planning for procurement when required. Managed MSL of all standard materials. Coordinated with suppliers for fast-forward delivery of materials. Prepare and update weekly shortage reports. Facilitated new suppliers for competitive prices. Conducted vendor evaluation.
