 Functional specification (MD.50) for customizations. & Development of customization requirements.
 Resolution of issues raised during CRP/SIT/UAT sessions by Managers, key users, end users and regression testing team.
 Raising TARs with oracle for different issues and following up till resolution
 Coordination with client managers/Key users and other teams for issue resolutions and getting sign-off for release to be moved to production

 Create and maintain project plans to implement approved IT projects while monitoring and controlling project activities and communicate status to key stakeholders.

 Interact with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes and/or system configurations.
 Collaborate with developers in performing analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and support of application solutions, dashboard, and reports.
 Lead requirements analysis, business process design/re-engineering, gap/fit analysis, reporting analysis, application configuration, CRP, UAT, user training, and production support.
 Lead planning, execution, and support of cutover activities into production to facilitate accurate and timely post-production processing - Provide functional support to daily activities and end-month closing.
 Contribute to IT portfolio of projects by proposing process improvements, solution enhancements, advanced functionalities, and new modules to increase system's capabilities to meet stakeholders'' needs and business objectives.

• Monitor and implement all applications according to requirements and maintain project to enhance all productivity of applications.
• Coordinate with Solutions architect and develop all project milestones and ensure compliance to same and monitor all projects and implement all applications according to standard processes.
• Assist team members on all oracle applications and provide required training to staff and customize processes as per client requirement.
• Provide consultation support to all Oracle developers and documents all revision requests and coordinate with end users to analyze all application requirement.
• Monitor and resolve all application issues and escalate issues to management if required.
• Administer all technical assistance requests and implement plans and perform quality assurance tests.
• Perform all functional acceptance tests and provide upgrades as per requirement and perform troubleshoot to all processes.
