- Design each department organizational structure and charts in line with departments head.
- Update organization charts regarding rotations, promotions, transfers, newly hired employees on monthly basis for each department.

- Develop each position job description and follow up its yearly amendments.
- Develop each position key performance indicators, objectives, matrix of authority, manpower planning for existing jobs, reporting lines, career path.
- Update each new position with needed competency level to ensure participate in developing compensation programs and salary structures to ensure internal and external are met to retain and attract qualified calibers.
- Develop all needed OD reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
- Identify training needs within the organization depending upon the appraisal of the employees.
- Design training programs depending upon the weakness points of the employees.
- Handle all the training activities and arrangements.
- Prepare training yearly budget.
