Managing, Plans, Directs, and Administrate the Plant Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Process, and technical support services (Material, Inventory & Warehousing Management, Outsourcing Services, Maintenance Contracting and workshop services ) for the Plant Availability Function to achieve a high performance and effective resource utilization and Monitoring / Control the Division Expenditure.
Coordinating and preparing the annual resources capital and operating budgets for all Plant Availability Function.
Coordinating with B2 & B3 (5 & 7 BUS$ ) Project Team for all Maintenance Facilities, Materials & Tools Planning.
- Lead and administrate a team of Supervisors and Technicians to maintain Mechanical Rotating and Static equipment and Piping systems installed in the plants, ensuring the required availability for operation by following P3M programs and an efficient, effective, and safe work execution in time and according to the required quality standards.
- Coordinates the execution of works of Corrective and P3M maintenance works for the Mechanical discipline in the assigned production plants as per the assigned responsibilities.
- Coordinates the troubleshooting and analysis of failures to find the root cause, suggesting plant improvements to increase the reliability and availability of plants.
Provide specialized technical support for troubleshooting and failure analysis for all mechanical ( Rotating & statics equipments
Developing, Updating & Reviewing Preventive maintenance strategy, PM plans, and spare parts availability
to improve the plant availability & reliability.
Review and participate in the all project engineering requirements such as 3D module reviewing, Plant Modification Project, Verifying the Project Deviation Request ( concession request ) as well as the Documentation update & handover .
Leading & Administrating a team of technicians, composed by direct hires and contractors (fixed and temporary), doing installation of equipment and execution of Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works on a Plant rotating and static equipment and piping systems ensuring they are performed in time, with the required quality and in safe conditions
