3-Project execution:
-Determining the main concepts, wiring samples and guidelines for basic and detailed engineering.

-Designing and perform calculations of Profibus DP&PA Networks.
-Providing procurement dept. with technical specs. For local buyouts.
-Handling procurement of foreign buyouts.
-Helping project team to develop the detailed engineering work.

-Managing workshop activities for panel building.
-Handling FAT activities.
4-Commissioning and startup:
-Managing installation, commissioning and startup activities.

-Handling SAT and TOT activities.
5-Project closure:
-Releasing team members after finishing their assigned tasks.
-Negotiating punch lists according to project’s scope.
-Help developing and revising the As-Built revision of the whole project documentation.
-Preparing and signing final acceptance forms with customers.

-Interviewing automation engineer candidates.
-Conducting training sessions for customers and also for in-house training.
