During 2007/2008 i was involved in a transnational mentor programme called TANDEM. UK, Austria, Romania, Germany, Slovakia and Slovenia are the partners. This involves training for youth, presentations across Europe in partner countires and extensive travel. This experiance has enhanced my communication skills to a much greater level which i find very important in a working environment in order to communicate with people at the highest level in their respective field.
