Assistant Human Resources:
- Prepare reports on the company's employees for submission to the manager.
- Follow up the movement of attendance and leave daily to the company's employees.
- Follow up all employees leave kinds (Annual - Sick - Emergency - Others).
- Keeping personnel files in line with the company and regulations.
- Follow up the movement of vacations for employees with different kinds.
- Follow up the Social insurance processes for staff in the Company (Form # 6 - Form # 1 - Form # 2).
- Follow up the social insurance for company drivers & cars.
- Participation in the preparation of monthly payroll in the company.
- Preparation and processing of the reports of expiration of labor contracts the efficiency of the probationary period for new employees and annual appraisal for staff.
- Continue to work with government agencies and the Office of labor and Social Insurance and succession.
- Maintains and updates all staff information on HR System.
- Handle all hiring and recruitment procedures to achieve company goal (Evaluating - recruitment papers - Orientation).
- Follow up work with medical care.
- Add new employees to our private medical umbrella.
- Remove resignation or terminated employees from the medical insurance umbrella.
- Follow up with the medical service company to solve all employees problem.
- Review the contract to be sure the invoice for medical fees is correct.
- Updating of personnel manuals, of salary scale, level, privileges, bonus, work and staff services, etc.
- Surveys remuneration and social benefit policies of other competitors and compare them with our policies, on an annual basis.
- Conducts exit interviews with all resigning employees to establish reason patterns for resignation.
