Coordinate the work with the subcontractors to make sure to save time and work as construction steps standards.
Coordinate the drawings till the approval stage from Municipality.
Enter the final consultant drawing to Municipality and get approval for built permit.
Confirm the drawing before submitting to be under Municipality rules.
Escort the Civil defense inspector throw inspection visit and make sure to follow the standards of ADCD.
Follow up the snag list of the project consultant to finalize the project and deliver on time schedule.
Follow up with project manager and make weekly reports.
Shop drawing of the necessary details where the drawing doesn't match with site measurements.
Go to Municipality for architectural, structural meetings to discuss the project stage and get the approvals.
Follow up with Estidama Abu Dhabi urban planning council and obey the corrections to get the project specification under Estidama rules.
Meet the clients and note their needs to design their project as its own conditions and make the detailed drawings layout and 3d perspective shots.
Design the plans, elevations layout and make the architectural sections.
Make the bank monthly reports, contractors due payments and proceed with the bank.
Calculate the quantities and specifications of the project and prepare the final table for pricing.
Draw the Furnishing, Electricity, Flooring, Ceiling, and wood work layouts with detailed shop drawings.
Make 3d interiors for the suggested design drawings by 3dsmax and Vray renderer with high quality and realistic shots.
