• Perform an initial review of the tender invitation documents to establish the scope of work, the tender schedule and the composition of the tender team. Coordinate with the Client/Consultant for clarification of unclear areas.
• Establish the requirements and deliverables of the tender team members with due regard to the scope of work and the tender schedule.
• Plan tender reviews and submittal deadlines according to the Organization’s tendering procedures and customer requirements.
• Participate in all tender stage gate meetings
• Ensure that all the relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase is considered and made available to all the estimation team.
• Lead and Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors and estimating Team in order to evaluate and deliver an accurate tender offer to the client complying with all technical and commercial accepts.
• Review of Bill of Quantities, Tender Specifications and other related documents prior to submission of the tender offer to the Consultant/Client.
• Organize presentations to Manging Director to finalize and approve the tender budget offer + Margin amount for submission.
• Attending a Negotiation meeting with client and consultant and Prepare post tender offer if requested by client.
• Flow-up with Client/Consultant for the status of our submitted offer to determine if there is a chance to awarding the project.
