Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, through knowledge of all phases of engineering construction related to mechanical discipline interfacing with multidisciplinary operations. Ensure that MS, Quality Policy, Quality Plan, ITP, Quality objectives, and procedures are clearly understood and implemented by all concerned. Overall supervision of piping and equipment erection such as ACC, HFFC, Steam Turbine, Steam Generator System, Steam injection, Chemical dosing, Auxiliary boiler piping, CCW system, Control oil, Jack oil, Lube oil, HTF piping, Pumps, Air Compressor, Nitrogen Storage And Supply System, Molten SaltTank, Expansion Tank, Overflow Tank, Water Tanks, Underground Piping, And Above Ground Piping. Close coordination with subcontractor and PMC to ensure all the activities are going as scheduled. Identify non-conformances and take corrective actions to avoid recurrence of the same problem. Ensure that piping works are going as per ASME B31.1 and B31.3 with OTS. Supervising the installation and testing of 8 storage tanks 45m in diameter, Heat exchangers, pump, and piping that are included in the package. The total piping scope was 600, 000 Inch Dia which contains pipes up to 56. Plan and recommend piping procedures to be implemented by field supervision to ensure construction operations are within the requirements of engineering design and specifications. Review the Method of statement and TRA for further approval. Reviewing the hydrotest limit after the installation of the pipes and witnessing the hydrotesting. Preparing the limit for the air blowing with the engineering team as per the required calculation. Preparing the Turn Over Package for handing over the system to the commissioning side. Follow up with all subcontractors and expedite the work. Working as issuing authority. Attend weekly progress meetings with the client and subcontractors to achieve the targets. Follow up with material delivery to the site with the logistics team and business department to ensure that everything is going under schedule. Erection supervision of all the structures that are used for the pipe rack, and buildings. Fireproofing the structures as per the OTS. Erection of the underground piping, manholes for drainage, and epoxy coating for the pit areas.

Responsible for all construction supervision activities. Prepare Method statement, TRA, and arrange TRA session as per requirement. Ensure that the Piping team follows project procedures, practices &systems, necessary for executing the project scope. Supervise contractor and subcontractor personnel to ensure the contractor performs all work to the agreed standard for HSE and to attain a high level of HSE performance. Monitor site activities, maintain records of site activities, and check contractor records for accuracy. Monitored and optimized the day-to-day process of the unit; ensured long term optimization and troubleshooting activities. Follow up with subcontractor for Material delivery & their Inspections. Responsible for arranging labor, equipment, transport, and other resources at the site.
Steel Crafts Engineering And Construction PDPP PETROCHEMICAL PROJECT, KOCHIN REFINERY
Manage, raise, and review all Work permits for each job performed by the mechanical team as required. Monitoring the installation of the equipments whether it is doing as per ITP. Familiar with P&ID, piping isometric, weld maps & plan drawing. Preparing the punch list of the area after the completion of the work and following it to close at the earliest. Worked in fabrication, erection, and hydrotest of piping as per ASME 31.1. Experience in Pipe support fabrication and field erection. Inspection of various activities such as structure preassembly, structure section, and module installation are executed as per the assembly manual. Upon completion of construction activities, complete full system checking activities to ensure the system has been built properly to achieve anticipated operation safely. Work with commissioning to address any necessary punch list items for full system acceptance. Preparation of daily & weekly progress reports and submission to the construction Manager. Coordinate site visits with clients & prepare Documents for Tie-in and preshutdown activities. Inspection and witnessing of the raw material and relevant documents. Mobilization of manpower, machines, and equipment and controlling them under industrial safety precautions. Erection of the fabricated spools and supports according to coordinates as per the isometric. Ensure that all the works done are following approved construction drawings, contract documents, and all applicable standards. Review the forecast plan, look ahead to schedules, and take necessary action to resolve future work-related issues. Conducting Hydro and Pneumatic tests, fulfilling commissioning and Pre commissioning requirements for the project. Plan and execute the Installation of Static equipment and Alignment of them. Prepare B.O.M. as per planning of work. Attend final walk down for construction works with senior engineers and construction manager. Execution of Pre-commissioning activities.
