• Actively engage in and oversee all phases of product development, including preparing drawings, producing samples, production.
• Leads team with strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to coordinate with staf, management, and vendors to achieve maximum results.
• Collaborate with engineers, production team and erection team for the eficient and lossless output.
• Coordinate and attend in-house pre-construction meetings.
• Assess and issue the requisition for buyout material
• Provide all the requirements for engineering to translate the requirements into instructions for production.
• Co-ordination with project people, production foreman, purchases and stores team for arranges the materials in time.
• Eficient to make the drawings and documents required for production and erection of cladding material.
• Knowledge in fixing of roof and wall rockwool sandwich panels.
• Keep documentation for the jobs which is carried out in the factory for the future.

• Supervise and actively engage in all phases of shutdown work in the factory to improve the eficiency of plant.
• Preparation of work permit and assigning workers for the particularjob
• Co ordination with plant engineers, formen, purchase and store team to arrange the materials in time.
• Attend the meetings and suggest decisions prior to start the work.
• Managing and taking approvals for daily works.
• Checking all machineries and equipment in the proper way for the eficient output.
