- Compile information for the development of process flows, forms and templates etc for each HR function.
- Ensure filing and safekeeping of all documents and materials related to the Project employees.
- Monitor the performance of the project and review all day to day needs of the employees.
- Prepare reports for the Manager - Manpower on the overall performance and future plans of the project.
- Ensure preparation of monthly payroll and employee related payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process employment applications and assist in other recruitment activities.
- Assist in the selection process of new staff.
- Prepare new employment contracts in liaison with the Public Relation and Legal Advisor to ensure that they conform to government regulations and company Procedures.
- Perform other tasks related to the documentation and archiving function as they arise and as delegated by client or company.
- Coordinate all activities relating to collection, retrieval and disposal of the documents and information related to project.
- Perform other tasks related to the project function as they arise and as it is delegated by client or company.
- Dispatching of outgoing mail to the concerned company.
- To maintain secrecy and confidentiality of documents
- Carries out additional duties given from time to time by the Supervisors.
- Arrange for Visas, security passes, Travel, Courses and all other required necessities for recruited employees with the clients.
- Updating status of the recruited employees position
- Liaison with candidates on interviews, job offers and mobilization.
- Maintain a sound and ethical relationship and communication with all Principals and customers of the Company.
- Maintain sound and healthy communication and relationship with all staff Members of the Company and contacts outside the Company.

Recruitment:
- Overseeing the recruitment functions and performance.
- Responding to recruitment requests by initiating and implementing effective sourcing strategies.
- Receiving applications and undertaking effective screening processes.
- Conducting appropriate occupational tests and interviews.
- Partnering with hiring managers to select competent candidates, contributing specialist recruitment expertise as required.
- Database Search/Advertised search/ referral/contract/head-hunt/internet Search
- Visa / Immigration procedures coordination.
- Other activities include, preparing draft recruitment contracts, liaising with the Legal Department for review and approval of these drafts, supporting in the Process Mapping, and supporting in other similar activities.

i worked as a Reception where I receive calls, faxes, envelops, and book hotel rooms for the clients who come from outside the country.
And i worked as an Administration Assistant where i enter name of the clients to the database and print out their certificates using Spider program, and also register new clients to the system who is willing to take a course in the centre.
I worked as a clerk for two months.
