Update site employees monthly working hours & days
* Visa Application, Travel request, Annual leave forms, NOC
letters
* Obtain vendor’s bank account details, company name, address
and other necessary information
* Purchase order request &follow up
* Files hard copy of time sheets and update the date in a weekly
basis
Follow up the invoices and contracts
* Managing directors agenda, drafting minutes meetings
* Scheduling, updating and recording of all appointments for
clients
* Provide all necessary forms and information to the payroll
service and
Setting up, developing and managing an effective marketing
and sales strategy for the organizations products and services
* Bringing costumers, giving information, managing directors
agenda
* Assist team members in goal setting and skill development
* Maximizing sales and profitability
Selling life and personal accident policies by providing clients
offers and price quotations
* Submits reports to Executive Director
* Scheduling, updating and recording of all appointments for
clients and manager
* Surpass the sales target by 100%
* Do all desk jobs like: typing, mails……..
Track schedules and budgets
