My role changed through the journey of 4 years; I've been planning, directing, and coordinating activities
of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed
time frame and funding parameters by performing my duties personally or through subordinate
supervisors.
A subsidiary of the Emirati Real Estate developer with international projects valued over US$11 billion.
My role was to set plans and direct the entire entity as planned to cover all utility projects across the city.
Responsibilities
• Define the strategical mission and vision for the next years to the company.
• Setting the collection strategy for the unpaid invoices.
• Manage and operate the company to catch the top-notch classification and fulfill market needs.

My role was to oversee the entire projects development in the whole city, covering old districts and
modern projects across the city.
Responsibilities
• Develop the departmental and project strategies and manage approved strategical masterplans.
• Establish a planning framework to ensure initial groundwork and other details are in place and on time.
• Study concept outlines, develop and seek inputs from relevant sources internally and externally.
