Regulatory Reporting Officer Central Processing Technology Operation 15/08/2023 till Present
Analyze the QCB Credit Bureau dispute. Coordinating with concern dept and branches to rectify the information
Check daily files for consumer /commercial and ECC cheque files have successfully uploaded to CB
Maintain the register and update all dishonor chq and Normal dispute on daily basis as case received from Credit Bureau or Branches
Rectification and building the FTP file in D-bankware and upload FTP file to Credit bureau to update credit bureau report.
Prepare monthly BRs rejected A/c file and same forward to Br Control-Ops in order to send to all branches to update Demographic information in Banks/D-bankware as A/c rejected by Credit Bureau.
Handling technical Miss Inquiry from Legal, BRs, Recovery, Corp Dept related to CIB report
Generating the Credit Bureau report in Q-Credit system.
Control the Doha bank data correction quality percentage to be above than 95% to avoid impose penalty by QCB-Credit Bureau.
Build the data and generate the file for Customer salary reported to QCB and upload the WPS file in QCB portal.
Handle dishonor approval request as received from the Branches/CB, check the cheque signatory info from multiple system and input in the template, after re-arrange file and upload to CB, and update dishonor cheque missing signatory details in ECC signatory system
Coordinate with ITD/Vendor if the Dishonor Cheque have not reported to Credit Bureau due to technical issue and Re-upload same with CB and confirm to QCB.
Update ONUS cheques missing signatory details in ECC signatory system.
Qatar Credit Bureau added New feature in QCredit system to compare dishonor cheque data that are sent to Credit Bureau and Electronic Cheque Clearing (ECC) system of Qatar Central Bank. In-order to identified discrepancies and difference to improve the data quality
