• Implement IMS HSE plan at project, Train and advise project management and team, Communication systems at project, Hazard identification and risk assessments, Accident investigation, Documentation as per IMS Standards, Prepare and implement various management plans such as waste, transportation, lifting, emergency & environmental plans, Statistics reports, various inspections such as level - 01, 02 & assistance in Level - 03 and other site inspections
▫ Implementing Safety program and procedure at the sites
▫ Conducting Safety Induction, awareness, tool box talks for all employees.
▫ Inspection of all rigging, scaffolding & fire related equipments.
▫ Implementing safety signs boards and posters where ever it is applicable
▫ Conducting in house job related specialized training program for employees.
▫ Inspecting and ensuring that all tools, tackles, heavy equipments are safe and up to the standard before commencement of each jobs
▫ Accident/Incident/Near miss investigation and recommend means of preventing recurrence
▫ conducting mock drills, fire fighting demonstration etc.
▫ Issuing/verification of all kinds of permits and also implementing recommendations.
▫ Conducting and participating in meetings like safety committee, monthly management.
