The position carries the responsibility of a sales team of around 98 number of sales man & collector. Main responsibility is to guide the sales team with specific sales target and proper guidance to collector to collect receivable from the field. Other responsibilities are to motivate and control the team, to provide strategic & logistic support, to distribute the product plan-wise and effectively by maintaining a minimum level of inventory, to keep close monitoring on sales & collection and day to day business operation. As we are doing credit sales, so collection is a vital part of our business. As a District Manager I had to plan to achieve sales target with all around excellence. Some more special assignment I had to perform to expand the business network through appointing new sales agent and by opening of new shop. Some times I had to organize a product demonstration program or conduct a training program. Last of all, as a District Manager I had to act like a administrator to the whole sales team under the district.
