As a Quality Engineer, I am dedicated to continuously improving the quality of services and processes. This involves analyzing and performing root cause analysis to identify areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes. I actively participate in technical reviews, offering specialized knowledge and guidance to ensure quality standards are met.
Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality calibration and testing activities are key responsibilities in my role. Furthermore, I coordinate internal training programs to educate the organization on the use of quality improvement tools.
One of my primary tasks is developing, documenting, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025:2017, and 17065:2012. This includes work instructions, work processes, tools, and systems in the production department, as well as conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to these standards.
Coordinating vendor assessment and selection for new manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers is a vital aspect of my role. Additionally, I provide technical support to customers.
Leadership is crucial in my role, as I lead, guide, evaluate, and develop high-performing teams to exceed company goals and targets. I prioritize developing and maintaining effective business relations with key stakeholders to ensure business targets are met.
Furthermore, I specialize in calibration and uncertainty calculation of mechanical parameters such as mass and volume for industries and laboratories, enabling them to meet ISO 17025 Standards Certification requirements.
