A. I joined GARMCO as SPECTRO METTER OPERATOR on 1985.
B. Promoted to Quality Control ENGINEER on 1990.
C. Acting of work METALLURGIST.
D. Performed all types of test In CONVENTIONAL QUALITY CONTROL / ENGINEER, such as: 1. REMELT / OPERATION
- inspection of the slabs.
2. SLAB HEATING
short / long Homo Cycles.
3. HOT MILL (Primary Process)
broken structure of the slabs and there inspection of the defects.
4. COLD MILL (Secondary Process)
work hardener of the materials and inspection of the defects.
5. FINISHING
Final inspection of the COILS / SHEETS and CIRCLES SHEETS.
6. FOIL PLANT ( Reroll Materials) and there inspection of the defects.
7. Worked on the yield of the product for every weeks.
8. Start 2002 up to End of 2010 worked as Laboratory Superientendent.
