Role - Lead / Senior Planning Engineer - Civil (Fit-out) & MEP
Work closely with Program Managers to develop and maintain detailed resource loaded schedules of projects
Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, baseline, stat using, performance measurement baseline Budget at Completion (BAC), Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and Estimate to Complete (ETC)
Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other program management tools used to support critical path analysis, near-term tasks work authorizations, priority based resource allocations, performance variances, and to support cost / schedule integration
Supports the portfolio management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects / programs, including dashboard maintenance
Develop schedule version control processes, policies, and procedures and ensures that they are followed on product development schedules
Work in collaboration with Project/Program Management team to drive consistency of the project scheduling approach to facilitate accuracy in project execution and reporting
Schedule estimating through elicitation of stakeholders to capture estimations of new work, updated actuals and remaining work
Identify major milestones, decision points, project life-cycle and other project events
Troubleshoot and monitor potential scheduling problems
Assist in defining and implementing schedule software (MS Project, Primavera, or specific program mandated software, etc.) management processes and procedures regarding scheduling conflicts / changes
Maintain accurate records / paperwork Facilitate and participate in weekly schedule reviews

Project Cost Controlling Area
• Participate in developing controlled budget (OPEX & CAPEX) and projected cash flow within the scope of work.
• Revise the project budget according to the approved changes (Variation and Scope Details)
• Producing accounting and financial reports and ensuring accurate accounting system and record keeping. (Record project cost, commitments and expenditures).
• Prepare and update the cost analysis reports on regular basis, reflecting the cost status of project through the cut-off date.
• Maintain accounting and financial records relating to Project’s payables and receivables.
• Validate for Sub Contractor progress reports and progress certification for invoice validation.

Responsible include Planning, Scheduling & Monitoring of MEP works through Primavera
Developing process to ensure that all work done for the client meets the agreed quality norms & is delivered according to the set deadlines
Preparation & documentation of running bills. Progress Report, Cash Flow Chart
To provide single interface to Planning, Design & Construction integration
Executes all the MEP mix elements & to update the same to the Main Contractor & Client
Prepared tender & subsequently baseline programmers for projects.
Created the work breakdown structure with the team to develop the cost, schedule, resource and procurement plans.
Prepared Management Review Reports highlighting the progress of works by using PIS such as ‘S‘curves and histograms.
