RESPONSIBILITIES
• Managing Power Retailers accounts like Sharaf DG, Plugins, Eros, Samsung, Harmon House, E-City, E-max, Costless, Jacky’s, E4U, and Axiom Etc.
• Processing and creating PO’S, develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Analyzing Sales marketing and working on monthly projection.
• Supervision of products Display / Shelving in major outlets.
• Daily and on weekly basis monitoring sales of merchandiser and meeting on weekly basis describing achievement and models to be focus.
• Provide competitor activity reports to senior level managers.
• Following up with the payments so as to enable smooth functioning.
• Enhance brand visibility in the category / outlet in line with expected sales growth, and identify opportunities via close contact with the promoters and sales team.
• Managing Power Retailers and Hyper market account like E-max, Costless, Jacky’s, E4U, Sharaf DG, Lulu, Km trading, Plugins Etc.
• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales Executives.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Adheres to all company policies, Procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Analyzing Sales and working on monthly projection.
• Designing promotion for individual outlet.
• Supervision of products Display / Shelving in major outlets.
• Assigning targets and supervision of merchandisers for the respective outlets assigned.
• Daily and on weekly basis monitoring sales of merchandiser and meeting on weekly basis describing achievement and models to be focus.
• Provide competitor activity reports to senior level managers.
• Following up with the payments so as to enable smooth functioning.
• Enhance brand visibility in the category / outlet in line with expected sales growth, and identify opportunities via close contact with the promoters and sales team.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect application submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
