Using extensive tactical and strategic experience in managing different aspects of Customer Service, Operations, Logistics and supply-chain, creating customised solutions, implementation scheduling and generating savings initiatives to minimise overall logistics costs for the customer.

Supplier selection: set-up logistics arrangements (warehousing, transporters) as per requirements through quotation/ tendering process. Agree and prepare contractual documents.
Effectively manage 3PL relationships, including engineering supply shipments, service levels, costs, efficiencies, loss reductions, and capacities. Plan logistics costs including inbound, outbound, and storage requirements. Monitor and control actual costs against plan.
Ensure proper accounting of all inventory transactions, review inventory accuracy. Ensure reconciliations are carried out between ERP system and transaction systems. Ensure discrepancies are investigated and resolved.
Ensure effective processing of supplier invoices and payments to identify cost drivers, opportunities to reduce costs. Manage concept to delivery cycle for such Cost Effectiveness Programs (CEPs)
Keep abreast with latest developments in the logistics area at local/ regional/ global level.
