Payroll Process
• Collection and verification of time sheets attendance from sites.
• Additions (Resumed from Vacation, Telephone Allowance, Special Allowances, Accommodation Allowance, Trip Allowance, Others/Misc.).
• Deductions (Late Coming, Food Bill, Accounts Department, Resumed from Vacation, Others/ Misc.) as per UAE Labor Law.
• Verification and adjustment of overtime as per UAE Labor Law and Company Policy.
• Verification of Accruals (payments already made to employees against salaries, leave, final settlements, leave encashment) from Accounts Department.
• Sick Leaves Record Exceeding Limit Verification.
• Check for sick leave eligibility (six months of service).
• Check for overtime amount if eligible.
• Check for overtime exceeding limit.
• Check and hold the balance amount for employees (Going On vacation, Resigned, Terminated, Others).
• Preparation of Summary.
• Review/investigate/appropriate action for the employees absent for More than three Days in a month.
• Balance amounts payable / deductible.
• Monthly & Hourly Expense Calculation on employees Project Wise / Company Wise / Category Wise.
• Calculation of Leave Provisions
• Calculation of Indemnity Provisions.
RECRUITMENT AND MANPOWER PLANNING
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle in a proactive manner, starting from Manpower requisition to On boarding of employees.
• Handle recruitment of both Staff - experienced & fresh graduates, and workers - Skilled & Unskilled.
• Prepare annual recruitment budget and monthly recruitment cost for HR/PR Section.
• Responsible for salary negotiations as per the approved HR budget for each project.
• Keeping abreast of UAE Labor law for the hiring process and working closely with PR Section for visa related tasks.
• Adhere to all requirements in terms of mobilizing the manpower for the ADCO / Western region projects - Medical Fitness, H2S Training and PTW.
• Handle performance management of newly hired from induction to probationary period until job confirmation is issued.
• Coordinate and make necessary arrangements for the manpower allocation of new employees and the transfer of existing employees from various projects.
• Responsible for conducting exit interviews and make recommendations in order to retain employees and develop action plans for retention of valuable staff.
FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
• Receiving resignation form from site HR Coordinators.
• Updating the cancel file record after getting approval from Dept. Head & HR Manager.
• Coordinate with HR Coordinators for the submission of clearance and attendance sheet for resigned or terminated employee.
• Calculating the End of Service Benefits and submit to accounts with the approval of HR Manager.
• Preparing termination letters as per the instruction of Management.
• Preparing End of Service Benefits for Resigned, Terminated or passed away Employees.
• Processing Withdrawal of resignation and reinstate of Terminated employee as per Management Approval.
• Sending Bank cessation letters to the banks for the employees who are leaving company.
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
• Employee Grievance and Conduct Handling.
• Issuing Warning Letter to employees for the disciplinary actions.
• Issuing of Pay Slip, Salary Certificate, and Salary Transfer Letter to Bank, Experience Certificate etc.
• Prepare and review Trade Change and Increment request.
• Carry out yearly performance appraisal of complete ATG Staff & Workers
• Attend to Employee verification's from third party.
• Leave Management and Attendance
• Process all HR invoices for third party agencies. Verifying the invoices which is submitted by supplier i.e. Man power Labor suppliers, General Invoices.
• Ensure applicable system updates, reports generation and record keeping in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitoring all employee’s renewal of visa, labor card, Emirates ID & Medical for visa process.
