- Customer Supports / Services & Import Marketing.
- Download / Collect manifest from concern Load Ports (globally).
Preparing and checking import general manifest.
- Prepare amendments and issued to customers for Custom, PICT & PMS.
- Handle all customer problems of Import shipments locally & globally.
- Solving queries related to unclear cargo (locally / globally).
