Documentation and Reporting
• Preparing drafts for memos, letters and reports based on business requirements enabling decision making by the management.
• Maintaining detailed minutes of meetings, transcribing notes on disciplinary hearing and coordinating activities related to renewal of contracts.
Liaison and Coordination
• Interacting with parties for acknowledgement of resignations, non-renewal of contracts and issuance of letters of warning/ termination.
• Coordinating with various support teams in definition/ implementation of organizational policies and procedures.
Human Resource Functions
