Prepare mid-term and long-term product plans keeping in line with demand and business plan of the company -
capture demand and preferences for new products, identify trends and accordingly initiate new development.
* Accountable for managing demand, consumption and movement of Handsets, Internet Keys, Analog phones, STBs,
SIM Packs, Scratch Cards, Customer Premises Equipment (Network Operations) required for Daily Provisioning of
customer requirements and Plan ordering and configuration/activation processes.
* Led entire end to end order life cycle, including configuring Bill of Materials (BOM) and Work Orders (WIP) for SIMs
and Handset packaging requirements in Oracle Manufacturing Tool to scheduling production with all suppliers for
the fulfillment and Packaging of SIM packs and Promotion bundles.
* Plan monthly production, sales & stocks for different products managing all orders, creation & procurement process
for the Stock replenishment and inventory planning in relation to forecasts and demand.
* Implement sales and stock plan and continually review status to meet targets. Optimize capacity utilization and plan
for additional resources for meeting the Sales Plan.
* Ensuring complete in-process quality control & continuous improvement in packages delivered by various suppliers,
test sampling in a live environment.
* Preparing Scope of Work for various business outsourcing such as printing and packaging requirements, document
management and distribution requirements and IT system requirements.
* Efficiently managing the inventory levels, configuring Bill of Materials (BOM) and Work Orders (WIP) in ERP.
* Provisioning, configuring, personalizing and testing of Subscriber Identity Modules (SIM).
* Preparing and analyzing operational reports for identifying focus areas. Taking adequate measures to monitor and
the performance of transporters, processing & packaging units pertaining to cost, quality, and delivery norms.
* Maintain optimum levels of stock at any given point of time and improve inventory turnover ratio ensuring
liquidation of non-moving inventories if any.
* Management reporting on product wise info comparing historical data.
* Manage all the Data Files (Input / Output / Pairing / Voucher files) required for SIM cards and Recharge cards
personalization to ensure necessary configurations and provisioning are completed before releasing the products to
sales channels.
* Obtained information required to process orders, ensuring that appropriate technical and commercial approvals are
in place. Leading and supervising the business to ensure timely delivering of customer orders within KPIs and SLAs.
* Managing logistics functions negotiating with transporters, shippers and agents for cost effective transporting
solutions. Ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve maximum cost savings without hampering the production
process.
