Head of the business applications and software development department.
Direct and oversee
project and product development from initiation to completion (end-to-end).

projects are delivered on-time with quality, within the scope and budget.

Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in IT. Manages and develops company websites (www.abudhabisol.com, http://www.oasislivestock.com and www.zabehaty.com).
Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for brochures, banners, digital marketing, company logos, and websites. Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Providing IT support to all departments.
Mobilization (Application Deployment)
✓ Support Sales efforts as needed, providing functional expertise regarding our standard offerings and client
✓ Understand specific business needs and overall business strategy of the business customer through the Outsourcing Account Team
✓ Work collaboratively with customer/s to develop Business Requirements
✓ Conduct impact analyses of business requirements on the system
✓ Provide detailed definition on how the applications will support business requirements
✓ Manage expectations of team's stakeholders, and develop high level of customer satisfaction
✓ Produce business process designs, functional designs, and configuration designs, for standard processes and any client-specific needs
Development
✓ Act as the application(s) functional expert: provide functional expertise & drive the definition of the technology solution
✓ Ability to gather, interpret, analyze and document system requirements, and translate into design functional specifications
✓ Review, prioritize and manage application change requests
✓ Manage activities to ensure application design remains within project scope
✓ Work with team members to enhance own and /or their business and functional knowledge
✓ Coordinate and participate in structured peer reviews / walkthroughs
