•Supervision of Sales Associates of allocated sections.
•Implementation of retail standards as per the Key Merchandising Principles and VM guidelines at all times.
•Ensure sections are maintained with proper housekeeping standards.
•Ensure that displays are implemented according to standards.
•Daily floor walk with the department In-Charge.
•Coordination with Merchandise Analysts, Visual Merchandisers and Back Store In-Charge for display stock.
•Ensure daily requisition of fast moving and new items.
•Monitor the progress of requisitions and ensure that they are delivered on time.
•During items delivery, ensure that the items are immediately displayed, priced and boxes are cleared from the shop floor.
