•To be the direct contact for grievances related to HR, accounts and other issues of shore staff for ESM Group
•Addressing the employees & management issues and acts to obtain the right decision and contributes to maintain a good social climate.
•Identifying and developing calendar of community, engagement activities to maintain strong community relations.
•Driving employee involvement and welfare activities like Family Day, Games, and Recreational activities.
•Management of Conferences, Seminars, Forums and other events in India
•Providing assistance to seafarers in case of emergencies at home while onboard and on leave.
Training and Development
•Designing and managing appropriate training and induction program and tools that support rapid, effective integration.
•Ensuring careers interviews, identifying career opportunities, encouraging employees to take an active role in their own career development, while also counseling and directing when necessary.
•Identifying the individual warning sign and forecasting need to improve attraction, retention and induction actions.
•Technical and Financial Negotiation with external training institutes.
