• Recruit new employees by looking for candidates, arrange for interviews, proceed for job offer and contract.
• Onboard new employees and present orientation.
• Prepare all requirements for new hire like GOSI registration, iqama issuance, medical insurance, and bank account.
• Support in daily HR operation like employee’s letter, time keeping, leave arrangement, filing, reply to HR policy and labor law concerns.
• Prepare vacation and final settlement.
• Clarify any concern related to pay roll and settlement
• Make exit interview and proceed for resignation.
• Searching, hiring, preparing contracts and complete all employees documents up to create employee ID.
• Work on GOSI - CCHI - MOL - and Muqeem.
• Create a data base for all employees.
• Handling different companies with a different field.
• Preparing all documents for the companies and the employees.
• Dealing with all HR related issues.
• Accounts Payable: Providing financial, administrative support to the organization. Their role is to complete payments and control expenses, processing, and reconciling invoices.
• Accounts Receivable: Including securing revenue by verifying and posting receipt.
